HEDGER International (legal name Hedger International Negocios Internacionais LTDA, Brazilian corporate taxpayer ID (CNPJ) 35.938.945/0001-33) is a Brazilian marketplace consulting and management company operating in Brazil and the United States. This policy explains what personal data we collect through the website www.hedgerinternational.com, how we use it and with whom we share it, respecting the data subject rights guaranteed by the LGPD.

We collect only the data necessary to provide our services:
- Data you provide when filling out the contact form: name, company, e-mail, WhatsApp, marketplace of interest and an optional message.
- Technical data collected automatically: IP address, browser type, pages visited, date and time of access, and referral source.
- Cookies as described in our Cookie Policy.
3. How we use your data
We use your data exclusively to:
- Respond to your contact request and send information about our services;
- Prepare the free assessment you requested;
- Comply with legal or regulatory obligations, or requests from competent authorities;
- Improve the browsing experience on the site and prevent fraud.

The processing of your data is based on the express consent you provide by checking the authorization box in the form, as well as on HEDGER's legitimate interest in responding to your business inquiry.

- Access your data;
- Correct incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data;
- Request the anonymization, blocking or deletion of your data;
- Request portability to another provider;
- Withdraw the consent you have given;
- File a complaint with the Brazilian National Data Protection Authority (ANPD).
8. How to exercise your rights
Send your request to hedger@hedgerinternational.com with the subject line "LGPD — [type of request]". We will respond within 15 days.
9. Data Protection Officer (DPO)
In accordance with Art. 41 of the LGPD, HEDGER has appointed a Data Protection Officer, reachable at the same contact e-mail: hedger@hedgerinternational.com.
