Software for Amazon sellers

Hedger App

Your Amazon account data organized into clear dashboards, so HEDGER can run your brand on numbers instead of guesswork.

Hedger App is the in-house software of HEDGER International. It connects to a seller's Amazon account through the Amazon Selling Partner API (SP-API), using an authorization the seller grants in Seller Central, and turns the data into monitoring dashboards used by our team and by the client.

Who it is for

Brands selling on Amazon that have HEDGER operating their account

Hedger App is used by clients who hold a marketplace management contract with HEDGER International. It is not sold on its own: it is the tool our team uses to run your operation and the tool you use to follow our work.

Brazilian brands on Amazon.com.br

Manufacturers and private-label brands selling in Brazil that want sales, inventory and pricing in one place.

Brazilian brands on Amazon.com (US)

Export operations using FBA that need visibility into the US account without relying on spreadsheets.

Brand Registry sellers

Registered brands that want to use the traffic, search and market-basket reports Amazon makes available to brand owners.

Features

What Hedger App does with your account data

Each feature below uses a specific set of SP-API data. The app only reads; no change is made to your account from it.

Catalog and listing quality

Lists your listings (SKU, ASIN, title, status) and flags suppressed items, missing images or missing attributes.

Data used: merchant listings report and Catalog Items (Product Listing role).

Pricing and Buy Box

Shows your price, the reference price and the share of time your offer was featured, per ASIN.

Data used: Product Pricing and sales and traffic reports (Pricing and Brand Analytics roles).

FBA inventory

Displays available, reserved and inbound units plus days of cover to plan replenishment.

Data used: FBA Inventory (Amazon Fulfillment role).

Sales and orders

Consolidates orders by day, SKU and marketplace, with units and gross revenue, without buyer personal data.

Data used: Orders and the orders report (Inventory and Order Tracking role).

Finances and settlements

Organizes fees, commissions, refunds and settlements to close the month with the client.

Data used: Finances (Finance and Accounting role).

Account health

Tracks performance metrics and account alerts so action is taken before a suspension.

Data used: Sellers and performance reports (Selling Partner Insights role).

Traffic, search and conversion

Analytics dashboard per ASIN: sessions, conversion, search terms and market basket. Detailed below.

Data used: Brand Analytics reports and Data Kiosk (Brand Analytics role).

Analytics dashboard

What the seller sees in the traffic and conversion module

This is the module that uses the Brand Analytics role reports. It exists to answer one question: where is your brand losing sales on Amazon, and what should be done about it.

What you see

  • Traffic and conversion per ASIN — sessions, page views, units ordered, conversion rate and Buy Box percentage (Sales and Traffic report).
  • Search terms for your brand — which queries bring shoppers to your products and how each ASIN performs in them (Search Query Performance and Search Catalog Performance).
  • Search → click → purchase funnel — impressions, clicks, add-to-carts and purchases per search query.
  • Market basket — products of your own brand bought together (Market Basket report).
  • Repeat purchase — how many customers buy your brand again and at what interval (Repeat Purchase report).
  • A+ Content and Data Kiosk — status of your brand content and aggregated data queries for your own account.

How this data is handled

  • Read-only, per-seller dashboards. Each client sees only the data of the account they authorized themselves.
  • No cross-seller aggregation. We do not combine data from different clients to produce comparisons, rankings or benchmarks.
  • No resale. No data obtained through the SP-API is sold, licensed or used to provide services to third parties.
  • No insights about Amazon's business. The app does not produce, publish or use conclusions about Amazon as a company — only about the authorized seller's own operation.
  • Search, basket and repeat-purchase reports require an active Brand Registry on the seller's account; without it, the module shows Sales and Traffic only.

Permissions the app requests in Seller Central, and why

When you authorize Hedger App, Seller Central shows the list below. These are the only roles requested. The app does not request any role that gives access to buyer personally identifiable information (PII).

Pricing

Quote-based pricing, included in the management contract

Hedger App is not sold as a standalone subscription. It is part of HEDGER International's marketplace management package, and pricing is quoted case by case according to the scope of the operation.

How the quote works

  • Related service fee: use of the app is included in the monthly management fee charged by HEDGER. There is no separate charge for the software.
  • What determines the amount: number of marketplaces (Amazon.com.br, Amazon.com or both), number of active SKUs, services contracted (listings, advertising, FBA logistics, customer service) and whether Brand Registry is in place.
  • No setup fee and no lock-in beyond the term of the management contract.
  • Response time: we send the proposal within 2 business days after the form below.

Sample scenarios

The figures below are reference ranges to set expectations. The final amount is defined in the proposal.

Data and security

How Hedger App handles your account data

What it accesses

Only the data listed in the permissions table above, from the account you authorized. The app does not request buyer PII roles: end-customer names, addresses and emails are not read.

What for

To operate your account (catalog, pricing, inventory, listings, logistics) and to report HEDGER's work in monthly reports. Never for benchmarking between clients, resale or analysis of Amazon's business.

Where it lives

Managed PostgreSQL database (Supabase) and application hosted on Vercel, South America region. Authorization tokens are stored in the database secrets vault (Supabase Vault), separated from the data.

How it is protected

Encryption in transit (TLS 1.2 or higher, HSTS) and at rest; per-client isolation with Row Level Security on every table; password login with mandatory second factor (TOTP); administrative access restricted to HEDGER staff; daily encrypted backup (AES-256-GCM).

Who it is shared with

No one outside HEDGER and its infrastructure providers (Supabase, Vercel) under contract. There is no sale, licensing or exchange of data with third parties.

Retention and deletion

Data is stored while the management contract is active. When the authorization is revoked or the contract ends, the account data is deleted within 30 days, except what the law requires us to keep (tax and accounting records).

How to revoke

In Seller Central: Settings → User Permissions → Third-party developer and apps (Manage your apps) → find Hedger App → Remove. Access is cut immediately; data deletion follows the period above.

Who has access

The HEDGER International team responsible for your account and the client, through individual logins. Every access is logged.

Support

FAQ

Common questions

How do I authorize Hedger App on my Amazon account?

After the contract is signed, HEDGER sends an authorization link. It opens Seller Central, which shows the list of permissions on this page; when you confirm, Amazon returns a token unique to your account to the app. You never share your password with HEDGER.

Can I revoke access whenever I want?

Yes. In Seller Central, go to Settings → User Permissions → Manage your apps and remove Hedger App. Access is cut immediately and the data is deleted within 30 days.

What happens when I end the contract?

HEDGER removes the authorization, deletes your account data within 30 days and sends you a confirmation by email. Reports already delivered to you remain yours.

Does the app change anything in my account?

No. Hedger App is read-only. Price, inventory and listing changes are made by the HEDGER team directly in Seller Central, under the management contract.

Do I need Brand Registry?

It is not mandatory. Without Brand Registry, the analytics dashboard shows sales and traffic only; search term, market basket and repeat purchase reports depend on the brand being registered with Amazon.

Is Hedger App sold separately?

No. It is part of HEDGER International's marketplace management contract, and its cost is included in the monthly fee.
